Most of our outings are accessible for slightly handicapped persons and for children of any age.

We organize excursions especially adapted to the specificity of your group.

We accept transfers by bank account or PayPal and cash.

For services worth more than 200 €, as well as for trips at a substantial distance from our head office, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be requested in advance.

With exception of state of sanitary emergency on Reunion Island at the planned time of the start of the voyage, and after the legal 14-day withdrawal period valid for each contract, in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer after acceptance by A.A.R., for any reason whatsoever except forces of nature, a sum corresponding to 30% of the purchase amount will be acquired to the seller, as compensation for the damage thus suffered.

This is also valid for no-show or short-time cancellation without important reason (proof demanded in the contrary) in the case of a shorter than 14-day delay between acceptance of the reservation and the planned date of the service.  

In the event of a cancellation of the service for reasons of forces of nature, e.g. a cyclone which threatens the place of service or a strengthening of the health measures taken by the authorities, the deposit advanced by the buyer will be fully returned, in deducting non-recoverable costs already incurred by A.A.R.

These conditions are valid for all bookings that do not explicitly imply other cancellation terms.
